Reducing a PNG uses high-quality smoothing, which keeps text and edges clean. For icons that must match an exact size, choose Crop to exact size and enter both dimensions.

Icons must match an exact size. Use “Crop to exact size” and type the values:

Common problems and how to fix them
My logo got cropped
The logo’s shape differs from the target. Choose “Fit without cropping” to keep the whole logo inside the size.
A tiny icon looks blurry
Very small sizes lose detail. Start from the largest version of the icon and reduce it, rather than enlarging a small one.
I need the same logo in several sizes
Process one size, download it, then change the values and process again. The original stays in the list.
